I paid the $3.99 to unlock, still locked

Downloaded the app. Paid the $3.99 to unlock everything. The app is still locked. Waste of $3.99. Not only that, but the app “insisted” I rate it before I was able to troubleshoot. Normally I would do that prior to sending a negative rating, but given the apps constant interruptions asking me to “help” by providing feedback, I gave up. So here is the feedback. Don’t try it anyone - not worth the $3.99 to “unlock” as it doesn’t unlock!!

What Am I Doing Wrong?

I JUST downloaded this app and paid $3.99 to unlock everything, yet I can’t open this app. It keeps saying “pay $3.99 to unlock everything”, which I already did. I thought maybe I did something wrong, so I tried to repurchase for everything, but it said I’d already purchased it, which I did. How do I get past this purchase page and open the app? Tell me or send my $3.99 back.

Hey My doggie's mom, i am sorry for your experience. Try using the restore purchase option if you have already purchased an item or you can write down in detail at our support page about the issue you are facing. we would love to hear from you and will try to solve this asap.
