Great App

Play this a lot and it is great. Took me a while to figure out why certain hands get played differently since there are no given reasons. However, after paying some attention you can figure out why sometimes is best to keep K and 10 suited or sometimes it’s best to only keep the K. In my opinion, this is a much better way to learn then going to a strategy card.

Please take a look at the Analysis screen after a game is finished and it will show you why a particular hand is the best option based on probabilistic expected returns.

Great for training!

Overall this is my favorite VP app to learn on. The level of feedback and guidance is changeable to your preferences. It is limited in the number variations that can be played however, but limited options may be preferred so as not to be overwhelmed by choices. The look and feel of the game itself could use some updating; It’s not what you’ll find in an actual casino. Such as a Game King device. Absolutely recommend this app be a part of your training though!

Fantastic App

Really enjoy this app and it has helped greatly improve my game, just wish on the more complicated hands someone could describe why/how holding certain cards in certain situations is more advantageous. I’m fine trusting the math, but want to make sure I remember/recognize the right play in the casino. Top notch app!!
