I paid for an annual subscription but after a couple of weeks I am repeatedly locked out. Sent multiple emails to support, all bounced back undeliverable. WHAT?! Big failure. Huge disappointment because it was awesome for a couple weeks, but useless when paid credentials don’t work and no support is available.Shame on you.

I paid for the entire year and it stopped working after two weeks. There is no support there is no customer service. I need to figure out how to get my money back really disappointed.
