Watch any web video and your personal photos, videos & music on your Chromecast or Google Cast powered TV. Enjoy the show on your big screen.

With Video & TV Cast you can browse through the web and stream any online video on your Chromecast (movies, tv shows, sports, music and more). Just navigate to your favorite website and send the embedded video with a single tap to your Chromecast. The discovered video will be shown below the browser. A tap on the video link will send it to your Chromecast immediately. Streaming personal media from your device is also supported.

* The app only works with a Chromecast 1+2+Ultra by Google and on devices with Google Cast or Chromecast built-in.

* iTunes movies, Flash video and DRM protected videos like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, DirecTV, Xfinity, HBO now are not supported!

* The app streams only the video part of a website and not the whole website content (No screen or tab mirroring!).

* Sometimes it is necessary to play the video on your iPad or iPhone first before it gets discovered by the app for streaming.

* If a specific video does not cast, please check our FAQ. If that does not help, please give us a chance to help you by dropping a mail to info@video-tv-cast.com instead of leaving a negative comment on the App Store. We will try to add support for your video as soon as possible.

* Ad-Blocker + No Sponsoring Ads: The Pro app version has no ads and the Ad-Blocker blocks ads & popups on most websites that you visit. You can update, enable/disable ad-blocking at any time in the settings.

* Bookmarks: Save unlimited website bookmarks. Synchronize and transfer them between different TV Cast apps and iOS devices by using backup and restore via iCloud.

Almost perfect

My only complaints would be that you can’t queue up videos to play, and you can’t edit bookmarks. You can edit the name of the bookmark, but when you save or edit a bookmark you can’t change the web address. This makes it hard for me to keep my place on some streaming sites. But taking all of that into consideration, I still purchased the “pro” or full version and don’t regret the decision.

Please try the following steps to save a website to your bookmarks:
(1) Visit the website you want to save as a bookmark.
(2) Tap the bookmark icon at the top of the screen.
(3) Tap the "+" in the upper left corner.
(4) Name the bookmark and tap "Save".

Customer service and problem resolution

I asked to have an issue with playback addressed from a certain website, and I was told that the developers would eventually look into it. It has now been 3 to 4 months since my initial request. I asked for an update and have had absolutely no word from anyone as to when or even if my concerns would be addressed and/or even fixed.

Have you still not received an answer from our support team?

Unfortunately, streaming devices support a limited set of video and audio formats.
Depending on the hardware and capabilities of your streaming device, your internet/wifi connection and the quality/bitrate/codec of the stream you may experience buffering, unexpected stopping, scrambled video or even crashes/reboots of your streaming device. We try our best to work around these issues, but Video & TV Cast has no influence on your devices capabilities/hardware. For this reason, it may take longer than usual before the desired website is supported again.
However, we recommend to check your WiFi signal and internet connection, reboot update your devices and try other video sources if all other options do not help.
We also try to improve the app with the next update. Please stay tuned.
If you are still unhappy with the app please request a refund. Funding and refunding of purchases on iOS devices is done by Apple. Please contact Apple directly to request a refund at http://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fantastic App

I’m speaking purely on the pro version. I had the free version for a while and it’s a night and day comparison. The pro version is smooth and reliable. Any reviews of the contrary are due to internet connections, I’m sure. Well worth the $6 and if you’re smart, and no how to utilize some sites online, you’d never have to pay for a streaming service or cable again. And that includes live sports. A++ app.
