cant get this app to work at all

Hello! We are so sorry you are experiencing this issue! Can you try screen recording it and sending it our way? You can send it to support@selfiemade.com That way we can assist you better.
If you go into your phone settings --> control center --> customize controls --> add screen recording. Then you open up the control center (by swiping up on your phone) and you should see the recording button.
