VideoSelect is Roth Staffing Companies’ proprietary interview technology, which allows candidates to record brief video interviews that we can then share with hiring managers across different companies. Candidates can now record and submit videos anywhere, anytime, making the interview process easier than ever before.

It won’t let you view your video after you’ve recorded
Hate that it’ll only let you film horizontally and won’t let you view your video or photo after you’ve uploaded it.
Fine but not great
It would be helpful if you could view your video prior to submitting it to decide if you’re satisfied with the results. It would also be helpful to be able to use the app in either phone orientation.
The timer in the top corner is super helpful!
Being able to offer a quick and professional video intro of yourself is great! It can be tough to keep the intro to one minute.
Didn’t save
I spent a long time recording a video and it never saved
