VideoView Mobile ٤+

I can’t see the three camera views like I’m supposed to. I can only see one. The other two start loading for a few seconds and then they go blank. I’ve tried numerous times. Fix the app please. The tech guy thinks it could be my mobile carrier. I have AT&T and I have an iPhone XS. I’ve never had any problems with my cell phone, internet or signal. Based on all the reviews I’ve read here it must be the app. Fix it!!

ADT and this horrific app will disappoint you time and time, and time again.
I have had their cameras in place at the front, rear and inside my house for a year and a half. For that ENTIRE time, the ADT team have been UNABLE to connect my iPhone to their recording cameras. Technicians have come out and wasted my time every month - and still cannot connect to the cameras. It’s a pathetic and sad state that is still unresolved - please, PLEASE do NOT use ADT for ANY of your security needs. In the Philadelphia area consider vector, Holicong, xfinity, or anyone else.

UPDATE: If you have a new iPhone and your VideoView app became worthless, download the IDMSS Lite app in place of it. You will need to call ADT to have the IP, port, etc updated. Our cameras and app are back to working order now after many days of frustration.

This app has been limping along for the past year. Now, no one can get their cameras to work on their mobile devices. Be sure to call ADT and let them have an earful. Apparently they’re getting flooded with complaints. Now maybe something will get fixed.
