This is a simple little app. It lets you set a variety of workout goals e.g. workout 2-3 times a week, or run 5K a week. You can choose one of the featured goals, customise the goal to your liking or create a completely custom goal.

The app syncs with Apple Health so any workouts you register with other apps or Apple Watch will appear in the app. You can also register workouts manually.

* Track over 70 different workout categories
* Base goals and stretch goals
* Dark mode, including alternative dark icon
* Home Screen Widget
* iCloud sync to your other devices

Optional permission requests:
* Health app, to sync workouts
* Notifications, to remind you to check your progress

This is a BIG update. New name, new design and some fun new features.

The new name Vilja is Swedish, not easily translated but 'Will power' comes close.

The app now has some great featured goals to chose from. You can use them as is, or customise them to your liking. You can also create completely custom workout goals.

Good app

Pros:
- easy to use
- nice widget

Cons:
- Have to scroll through long list of exercises and go to more exercise, every time I add a workout. Should be able to have favorite categories for easy access
- no custom categories (must choose from list)
