What is the Village Advent Calendar?
A beautiful main scene reveals a gift to open for every day of December up to Christmas Day.
There are a selection of fun gifts available even before the start of December, and the main scene itself is also full of unexpected surprises, gradually becoming more colourful and festive as the big day draws near.
The app runs on most Apple devices. Its free to download and you can open the several presents for free. If you like it, you can unlock the rest of the presents with an in-app purchase or if your lucky, an unlock code gifted from someone else. The app offers endless fascination for all ages.

So much fun!!!
I loved this!! Looked forward to opening it each day. I paid $5.99 and was able to gift 10 family and friends with the app. They all loved it too. I’m not sure what happened with the reviewer who said they had to pay to open gifts. There was no cost other then the initial purchase.
The only change I would make is something a little more exciting on Christmas Day! It was a bit of a let down. That said, I STILL access it to see all the cool animation. I hope there will be a 2020 version. I will definitely be getting it!!!
Great fun
I did not understand, at first, how to use! I sent an email to the developers and was pleasantly surprised that they answered immediately! They clarified a few things and VIOLÁ, it was so great to log on every day and open a new package & discover a new Village Elf! They also sent a few free gift packs for me to send to others. What a great gesture! A lot of the elves appeared to just throw their hands up and not much else. More involved activity would be fun to see!
