I cant get in to see my bank account. Every time I log in, a “error 0014” pops up and i cant do anything about it. I haven’t been able yo get into my app for a week or two.
Zelle doesn’t work
The app is convenient, but every time I try to set up Zelle, (I was sent money that I’m trying to accept) I get an error message saying that the app is unable to process the request. This is extremely irritating and needs to be solved immediately.
The app had been working well for months, if not over a year. Since I couldn’t get Zelle to work today (after logging into the app), I thought maybe deleting the app and reinstalling may work. I was wrong. I get Error 0014 after entering my user name and password. Please fix.
