In 2011, Village Capital & Investment LLC moved it’s focus to a niche product created by HUD to help FHA homeowners reduce interest rates. This program is known as the FHA Streamline Refinance program.
Keeping our costs low and using targeted marketing techniques allows us to pass savings on to you- the consumer- that would normally be spent in radio and television advertisements.

App Doesn’t work
We have spent all week, multiple calls to this company, hours trying to figure this out. Trying to get access to our account has been a nightmare. This has to be illegal. You can’t purchase people’s loans and then not provide them access to make payments and access tax information.
Unsatisfied with the app to make a payment
I have not been able to make a payment on this app for months, it says it’s available but when I try it does not come up

App not sync with website
App is broken both UI and Backend, need to hire different developers or look for more skills but less developers to maintain the app. It’s not that hard to just use API call to what already working BE side.
