Clients can lighten their mental and domestic load and win back valuable time. Helpers can effortlessly build a side-hustle or full time gig and maximise their earnings, on their terms.

The Villey app will be available in Australia in December 2023. Helper onboarding will commence in late 2023. Clients can use the platform with full app functionality available in early 2024.

Villey services include: help around the home, help with the kids, new parent support, meal prep & cooking, running errands, home organisation, life admin and the unicorn.

All our helpers are covered by our comprehensive public liability insurance policy.

2. Strict approval
Our industry leading onboarding process requires all Villey helpers to obtain a
reference check, be fully vetted and pass security and identity checks before being
approved to work on the Villey platform.

3. Helper rating reviews
All Villey helper reviews are featured on the helper profiles allowing you to read more
about each applicant before selecting your perfect helper.
4. National Police and Working with Children Check
Every Villey helper is required to have a police check and only Villey helpers with a
valid Working with Children Check can access jobs with children present.

5. Seamless communication and payments.
The in-app chat feature, push-notifications and seamless integration with Stripe
Payments Australia ensure all communications and payments are maintained within
the app.

6. No membership or subscription fees
Villey is a free app to use and our platform fees are below the industry standard.
Platform and administration fees are charged to ensure we can provide users with
the best possible experience on the platform.
