The app I’ve always needed!

It can be so hard to log my pain and track my health in a journal — but this app makes it easy! I can’t wait to show my doctor all that I’ve been experiencing between visits. This app is going to make it so much easier!

crashes every time apps i opened

This app looks great and I was excited to give it a try. I think SMART goals and coaching are great ways to facilitate behavioral change. Unfortunately, this app crashes every time I try and use it. I have tried deleting it and restarting it, deleting my account and using a different email to use with the app, but once I get my account set up, it just crashes when I click on a link or icon within the app. I was so hoping to use this with my Fitbit to feel good about remaining active doing what I can do. I'm not sure if it's because it's a new app, or if it's because I have an iPhone 7, but my phone's software is up to date and I still gave available storage. I will revisit the app again in a few weeks to see if anything gas changed. I attempted to reach the developer but never heard back.

Trouble with setting up and preciseness

Trying to set up. Tried to indicate knee pain, but inner/outer/front/back dont seem to meet the most frequent pain, ie across, patella. Also was thrown off when entire leg was colored in, instead of knee/ankle/hip. The instructions to this portion does not indicate if the areas were to be listed, and then rated for pain separately from other painful areas. If, as it seems, all painful areas are to be lumped together, how can an accurate level of pain be stated? Same question as to how you can find, and track, goals and therapies for each different area? Further, I could not find a way to go back and make corrections after I completed the section with weekly goals? I think I read that this app is in beta; if so, I hope these questions are helpful.
