Ratings and Reviews
Digital Vintage Guitar Magazinre, not worth it
I subscribe to several magazines. I find Vintage Guitar Magazine to be an excellent publication. Still, when magazines produce a digital version of their publication it is usually included with the price of the magazine subscription such as Smithsonian or National Geographic. Vintage Guitar Magazinre has three subscription prices, one for the magazine, one for the digital subscription and one discounted price for both. It seems unfair to have to pay for both. I am dumping this app.

I recently subscribed for 2 years both print & online through the Vintage Guitar web site. I have been a print subscriber to VG for nearly 25 years, & thought a backup copy online would allow me to free up space, etc. I followed all of the online instructions to download the app from the App Store. However, when I try to access my subscription I get an "authentication error". The Vintage Guitar site shows my physical & digital subscriptions as being active through May 2017. I have contacted the designated vendor support for the online version 4 times. I get cut & paste responses that often have missing information & walk me through the same steps that I have unsuccessfully taken numerous times. I have repeatedly informed them that they are the only ones who can fix the authentication errors, but they ignore that.
