The app was very easy to download and begin using. The staff at Downstream Casino were super helpful in getting it set up. I like that you can set daily limits! For the people upset that they can’t transfer money on the weekend - your bank is closed.
My only suggestion would be implement a way for people to know the system is loading after a click. The wifi at the casino is slow with so many people on it and it’s hard to know your click registered.
Not what you think
First, let me tell you not everything is disclosed. They do not process payments or disbursements Friday thru Sun. So, if you try to send money to your account it can actually take a week.
I went to withdrawal from ATM and ATM went offline a ticket printed that I had to take to cashiers cage. It took them reviewing that I did not get my money by video, security, and calling VIP to get my money (hour later).
I started my account with a savings account, and had it for months (paid over 50k to them).
The moment I went to transfer money back to my account they removed my account off file. When I called they said they do not service savings accounts. I never got an email or call about this. I will stick with the old fashion way.
Transferring your funds back into your bank account is very easy. All you have to do is pick your bank, choose the amount, press done, and then transfer the funds. It only takes a few seconds, and because of the security protocol it makes me feel safe about my money. There is also the amazing option of leaving your funds for your next visit. Overall, it is very simple, makes me feel safe, and is diverse.
