Platform has bogus offers such as receiving rewards for referrals…referred a friend who made an immediate bet only to find out there is currently no referral program “however they are working on an update to clarify this in the app” according to their cs team (so they’re knowingly promoting and advertising something they indeed don’t have which is highly unethical at best). Have to go through all kinds of setting up things just to make a simple withdrawal. PayPal integration link does not work, you get charged $2 for every withdrawal (of course no issues giving them money with a deposit), and have to log out/close/reopen and login multiple times just to place a simple bet. Compared to FD, DK, MGM, Fanatics…..this platform is just slightly above worthless and most importantly unethically shows promotions and rewards that they clearly do not honor! Extremely disappointing and yet another reason so many people left this platform in this first place. Tried to give a second chance, however nothing but disappointment!

You can also choose to fill out a 3 page wire withdrawal form that takes multiple days to be verified.Today I opened the app getting ready to go on my quest to try to withdraw the money I made from the free bets and they had a debit card option. WOW! I tried to add my debit card and I got “unexpected error occurred.” I thought well maybe the debit card needs to be used as a deposit method first. So I deposited $10 and it instantly takes the money. No sweat. Go back to the withdraw and once again met with the same unexpected error occurred. So the process of taking my money is working perfectly but allowing me to withdraw isn’t? Spoke with support and they were not treating me like a VIP. Told me saved debit card withdrawals are not currently working. I’ve thrown in the towel for now, but will try again in a few days. It should be as easy to withdraw as it is to deposit. They’ve already lost me as a potential customer.

This includes a $10-25 fee for wire withdrawals or you can use some weird app to get a debit card but you have to email them and their inbox is full. No you can’t directly link your bank account. No you can’t use PayPal. You have to use “play plus” and you create an account there to deposit and it’s super easy but when you go to withdraw none of the login credentials are relevant and you have to go through $150 to qualify for their weird little debit card which has its own fees and takes over a month to receive.
