Didn’t get my jackpot? :/

The game isn’t too bad so far, been playing a few days and I’m now level 8. Unlocked the moon ticket and won the jackpot but when I hit “check ticket” it said I won $50 and didn’t give me my proper winnings. I won $10,000 right before so perhaps it was a glitch? I would like the glitch to be fixed, otherwise I will no longer be playing...

Sorry about the app not awarding your jackpot. There was a glitch on our "Over the Moon" scratch card that caused the wrong prize to appear. We have fixed the bug now and added a new scratch card.

I've been playing this game for over a year and have never hit jackpot on any ticket so my guess is that they're no jackpot at all!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 not very fun when you can't win! Ever. You need to redo the tickets so there is winning tickets! Yeah theirs no jackpot on any of the tickets

Great besides in app purchases

I love the game it’s really fun and great but I went to buy something and I didn’t have service I guess and now every time I click it it says I already bought it and funds will be restored but never are
