For one, they perform background checks!!!!Their drivers have all been great and I’ve been using VIP for over 3years now.Their new app is awesome! I love being able to pay with the app and get an email receipt !Whenever they have a high wait time and I have finished at the grocery store, they always make sure i am helped in a timely manner due to time sensitive items! I was getting fed up with uber and when I saw Vip taxi had a new app, I had to download it. I used it tonight to get home from the bar and it was really easy to use. Taxi came right away and driver was very professional and courteous. I have found a replacement for Uber and deleted their app from my phone. Go VIP!!!!
