Few times work moat of the time does not work

I try to buy a "bolsa" and app suddenly closed. I try to review the detail of my line use and the app suddenly closed. Will be a good app if each button that is on the system works. Who hard is put someone to teat each button before release the app (QA/QC)?

Esta nueva versión es otra cosa, nada que ver con los problemas de las versiones anteriores

If only it worked all the time...

It's a great app when it works, but about half of the time it doesn't load past a blank screen. The app (when functioning) is much easier to use to renew my phone plan than the website.
