Description

If the desktop on your Mac gets cluttered with open app windows, you can use Mission Control to create additional desktops, called spaces, to organize the windows. When you work in a space, you see only the windows that are in that space. Have you ever forgotten which space is currently active on macOS and wanted a quick way to tell? Didn't think so... but we did!

Can't interact with workspace numbers

It can be useful to view which workspace you're on, but you can't actually click on the numbered workspaces to switch to them (if using the number per space option) like you can in Linux. You have to use the Mission Control keyboard shortcut/app to select a different workspace.

Another feature present on linux that's missing in this is the ability to see the outline of windows present in each workspace and also being able to name them instead of having numerical identifiers.

Great Idea - Needs Some Improvements

This is a really good idea, and with some changes, I think it would be very useful. For multiple monitors, I would love for the menu bar to only show the virtual desktops for that monitor. It would declutter the interface. It would also be nice to have the option to change the square boxes with #s inside to simple dots, where the fot for the display you're on shows as a color while the others remain greyed out.
