Virtual Survey 4+

I have to be honest, I was a little leery about a "Virtual Survey". Once I was into the process it was great!! I have moved many times in the past and this was by far the best sales experience. In the past I had someone come into my home and spend 1-2 hours for the survey and then I had to listen to them drone on until I told them to get out or I booked on the spot. The old way was painful. This Virtual experience was great!! The survey only took 30 minutes and I had a price from the salesperson within an hour after that! She called to review the quote and that was it. It was so easy and SAVED SO MUCH TIME!!!! I will never go back to the old way!!!

Instead of people spreading germs in my house I am free to do a survey without strangers in the home! Who knows where they have been before and been exposed to covid or anything else. This is the best! This is next level and a new age way of doing this. Measuring is so simple for special items and I feel empowered. I will never do a quote any other way and I move A LOT! I feel like if you don’t like it you must be stuck in 1990! Awesome job!!!!!
