This update improves invoice payment reliability and fixes photo previews opening too far zoomed in. Download access now consistently respects the media company’s payment requirement, including invoices still being prepared.

AI video scripts. Orders that include video now come with three short-form scripts written from the listing's own details. Ask for a rewrite in your own words and your photographer runs it, and the script you pick is the one the crew shoots. Checkout fixes. Paying at booking now works reliably, a fully discounted booking completes without asking for payment, and a booking you left halfway can be picked up where you stopped. Booking calendar. The weather forecast now only shows days you can actually book.

Fixes a problem that could stop a payment from starting. The payment sheet now opens your actual payment instead of a blank placeholder, so paying for a booking, paying an invoice, paying a cancellation fee and saving a card all work again. Nothing was ever charged twice — the payment simply never began. You can now continue an unfinished booking straight from its notification. Your address, package and add-ons come back, and we re-check your shoot time in case it is no longer free.

A reward you already hold now appears first when you choose a package, above Build your own and the bundles, with the date you need to use it by. It is applied at checkout. Also includes reliability and performance improvements.

Save a card when you book. If your provider keeps a card on file, you can now add one right after placing an order in the app. Nothing is charged at that point — the card is stored so future charges, like a cancellation fee, don't need you to enter it again. Cancelling is simpler when you have no card saved. Previously the app asked you to contact the provider directly. You can now add a card and cancel in the same step, and you'll see the exact fee before you confirm.

Order numbers now appear across the app — on every job card and list, on the order detail screen, on dispatch rows, and on the confirmation shown the moment an order is placed. Orders imported from another system show their original number and an Imported tag. Quoted replies in project chat now render as a proper quote block instead of showing the raw markup, and an @-mention no longer runs into the word after it. Delivery status is now colour-coded on the project board, so you can see at a glance which orders are delivered, due soon or overdue without opening them.

What's new in this release • Project board — track every job through its stages from your phone. The board replaces the placeholder that was there before, and lanes no longer double up their projects. • Mentions in project chat — @-mention anyone on a project to pull them into the conversation. Long messages are no longer cut off, and quoted replies no longer leave a gap. • Agent Team — share orders with other agents by email, choose whether they can view or collaborate, and manage everyone from one hub. Invite a teammate as an Administrator, Agent or Assistant. • Time off — request time off, see where the request stands, and check your balance without leaving the app. Approved time off shows on the calendar. • Brokerage teams — support for brokerage-wide teams alongside individual and company accounts. • Your calendar now shows exactly the shoots you have permission to see, over the right date range, and no longer truncates. • Booking fixes — the questions a package asks keep their answers, service areas decide which packages appear, and the catalogue is scoped to the property you are booking for. • The welcome screen now follows your brand settings, so a logo or wording change appears without waiting for an app update.

Chat messages now show in full — long messages are no longer cut off part way through. Replying to a message quotes it cleanly: no more large blank gap above your reply, and no stray text from the original message appearing as part of what you wrote. Links sent in chat are now tappable.

Booking now shows the packages available in your property's service area, and the prices on screen are exactly what you're charged at checkout. Change the property address and the package list, prices and available times refresh automatically to match the new area.

Mention teammates with @ in a job's chat so the right person is notified straight away. Agents can now customise their own property website — copy, sections, photo groups and captions — from the web app. Faster, more reliable search: find work by any email or phone number on a customer's record.

LIVE SHOOT UPDATES Know what's happening at your property in real time — get notified the moment your photographer is on the way, arrives on site, starts the shoot, and finishes. TRACK YOUR LISTINGS Mark when a listing goes live on the MLS and when it sells, right from the order screen. The app now calculates your true days-on-market and your average across every listing. NOTIFICATIONS FOR EVERYTHING Push alerts now cover new messages, order and delivery updates, approvals, revision requests, invoices, and rewards — each with its own on/off control, so you only hear what matters. BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE Add optional cancellation insurance at checkout to waive your fee if plans change, and answer any custom booking questions your provider needs up front. FASTER AND MORE RELIABLE A redesigned billing section with saved cards, a connected-calendar view to avoid scheduling conflicts, quicker media downloads, and dozens of fixes across invoices, leads, listings, chat, and your profile.
