VIS Sessions can offer powerful mentorship from pro athletes and experts, while VIS Clips deliver short informative videos from experts and pro athletes themselves. The articles and content on the VIS platform, address real issues in women’s sports, and the podcast features inspiring stories from top voices in the game. The leaderboard adds a fun, community-driven element that keeps all of your competitive needs fueled. There was one specific article that I read most recently that really grabbed my attention. Titled ‘Becoming an Artist of Your Sport’. The author spoke about creating your own artistic masterpiece as an athlete. They then related that to having creative freedom in your sport that fuels a positive mindset and a deep connection and passion for our sport. This article made me so happy when I read it because I always try to implement this type of mindset in my sport, allowing myself to be imaginative and creative with it so that it always sparks joy in my mind. I had never saw any expert write about it. It was special to see this idea written out on this platform.

I feel like VIS has changed my perspective on women in sport. The VIS sessions are beyond valuable! It’s not everyday you get to hear directly from pro athletes and experts. I love being able to clip the best advice.I believe the articles and podcast are some of the most relatable content out there for young women in sports. The leaderboard is such a fun way to stay engaged and feel part of something bigger. I feel supported by an empowering community every time I open the app. Can’t recommend VIS enough!
