Visiativ Customer Service mobile is designed for customers and distributors who need quick access to 360 views of their equipment on the move.
It is a fast and secure productivity tool that gives you visibility into your equipment fleet in real time.
Go directly to your equipment fleet, and select one by its serial number or its name.
You can also scan a QRCode available on the equipment to immediately access its 360 Equipment view.
The application shows you all the activity, interventions and documentation relating to your equipment on your mobile.
Simply create a support request on your equipment and stay up to date with any developments on your ticket.
