Vision City Bus mobile app helps you plan your trip easily and quickly; it provides real time information about buses schedules and expected arrival times.

How to use Vision City Bus app:

Register your name and your prepaid card number in order to access the features of the app,
You can check your card’s balance and you can recharge your card through the app using a credit card,
The app will recognize your current location as the starting point, if the starting point is different you can enter it,
Enter your destination point,
The fastest route will be shown on the map with information about stops, times and fare,
If you don’t have a prepaid card, you can purchase a one-time QR code ticket,
The app displays the nearest bus stops to you, notifications of service update and points of sale.

We keep working to improve your Vision City Bus experience. In this version of Vision City Bus application, we have made performance and experience improvements;
- 'Filter by Agencies' feature is added to the routes screen. The Routes screen now lets you filter routes by different agencies, making it easier to find the bus you need in Vision City Bus.
-We've refreshed Vision City Bus for an upgraded experience and taken care of some bug fixes too.

يحتاج التطبيق الى تحسينات لكنه يخدم بطريقة صعبة

استغرب من تطبيق لا يوجد به طريقة مباشرة لانشاء حساب مستخدم جديد ! يعني ما هذا التطبيق الذي يهمل هذه النقطة ! الان مثلا انا كمستخدم جديد ! كيف يمكنني ان اشعر بجودة باستخدام تطبيق لا يملك معيار من معايير الجودة الاساسية ! ثانيا ! رجاءا ! يزجى العمل على تطوير التطبيق من ناحية سهولة الاستخدام ! يعني صدقا اشعر بصعوبة باستخدامه ! وثالثا نحن في بلد عربي 😀 يعني طبيعي ابحث عن تطبيق كهذا باللغة العربية ويظهر لي ! لكن لم يظهر لانه مكتوب باللغة الانجليزية ! الخلاصة : التطبيق يحتاج الى جهد وعمل دؤوب ، اشكر الشركة العاملة في هذا النقل من ناحية احترام المواعيد والنظافة والالتزام ! لكن التطبيق هو المصيبة والمعرقل

Used to be good

I liked how I could charge my card online, but I’ve been trying to this week and it wouldn’t work at all. There’s no number to call the company! They have a number on the back of the card but it’s disabled. Fix the issue.
