VisionLink allows you to increase production, control costs, improve operator performance and even provide a safer operation for both Cat® and non Cat assets.
The new VisionLink app blends features from VisionLink Unified Suite, My.Cat.Com and the Cat App into a single convenient offering. It improves customer experience, user workflows while leveraging a consistent data source. Other features include:
- Compatibility with mixed fleets, providing full fleet visibility
- Connectivity offerings for users of all sizes and industries
- Up-to-date asset tracking, including location, operating hours, fuel levels, and overall utilization
- Improve operations with working and idle segmentation of runtime and fuel usage
- Monitoring of equipment health, fault codes, fluid analysis and inspections
- Planned Maintenance tracking for all assets, including non-subscribed and non-powered equipment
- Convenient in-app parts ordering and service requests
- Ability to download Inspection reports
- In-App QR scanning compatability

Great app for my fleet
Does a great job to help me with fault code, machine locations, and others. I use this almost everyday.
Need maintenance back.
I used to be able to track upcoming services with my phone and now that option is no longer available. This was a great tool. The only way to do it now is with your laptop or desktop computer. I was able to see upcoming services, make notes during services, mark them as complete, and adjust due date/hours all on my mobile phone. Please bring this back.

The VisionLink app allows you to track Planned Maintenance services including marking instances complete, logging completion notes, and adjusting future services.

Downgrade from cat inspect
App is a downgrade, the support is mediocre/ non existent, there’s no phone number to contact anyone. Equipment isn’t tracked like it used to be.
