Get to know the Archipelago of the Azores through VisitAzores and start exploring these nine Atlantic islands by using our app.
Explore numberless Experiences and learn what each island has to offer. Organise your holidays to the detail with VisitAzores app, which includes Experiences, History, Geography, Gastronomy, Festivities, Awards, and Curiosities.
There is a map for experiences and places to visit on each island:
-Receive information about points of interest near you at any time or receive information about how to get to a given place.
-Receive instructions regarding hiking trails, namely directions and recommendations to better enjoy the experience.
-Find information on tourist recreation companies, hotels, restaurants, attraction points, among others, in order to learn who could help you getting to know the Azores.
-Find full information about each point of interest located in the map, including address and contact information.
-Receive information on other points of interest near you, namely the distance between your location and those points.
-Use VisitAzores app as a GPS to get to your next point of interest.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life
Visitazores app is free and can be used offline.

Phenomenal
Azores doesn't have many tour guides available. This is a great resource especially for restaurants and points of interest. You can even search via the map--so you can find places near you! I wish there was option to "save favorites". I love it!
Need English version
The App is only in Spanish (maybe Portuguese). Glad I tried using it while I was in the States.
