Description
VistaClaim is a full service claim portal designed by field appraisers for field appraisers. This state of the art technology allows Nationwide field appraisers to receive, submit, and communicate with all work product directly from their mobile device. App is busted
App closes for absolutely no reason at random times. Doesn’t matter if you’re trying to look at customers, information, uploading photos, taking photos, or just looking at how many claims you have. There is no rhyme or reason to why this app closes or freezes. I have made sure it’s updated, made sure there’s enough space on my phone, I have called Sedgwick no fewer than six times to get some kind of resolution and nothing ever comes of it. Absolutely awful.

It’s just, OK
This app freezes after using it for one claim. You have to close out of it and get back into it often. There is also a bug in it now that overheats my iphone12. I have to quickly take my pictures before my iphone shuts off from being overheated. The overheating problem needs to get fixed soon.
