Please enhance the features!

First off, please update the log in to allow it to remember you. I should be able to use my Face ID or Touch ID to log in at the very least.

Secondly, why when I completed my Fast Track Ticket, was it not available to view from the app. I could only access it from the email. Also, can you give the opportunity to add the fast track ticket to the apple wallet (similar to an airline boarding pass or a concert/movie ticket). That would alleviate the need to go look for an email.

Please make the app more user friendly.

The app is back!

I just got the email that the Vitalant app had been re-released so I immediately installed it. The old one worked fine until Vitalant stopped supporting it, so I had to rely on the web based version. I was able to log in to the new app with no problems (my email and password are saved on my iPhone). I saw that I had an upcoming appointment that I had forgotten about (thanks for that!). My donation history goes back to nearly my first donation (my blood bank has changed hands 3 times in the last 25 years). I haven’t tried to book an appointment yet because of the upcoming one. Hopefully the check in process will be available via the app. This is off to a good start. Thanks for bringing this app back!

Good start, but needs some work

I am glad there is now a Vitalant app, and think the overall design and UX is off to a good start but there are definitely some kinks to work out.
1) It does not integrate with my phone’s pw manager (Keeper security) so I have to manually look up and type in my password every time. It also does not let me log in with Apple finger print scanner or remember past log ins very long.
2) It was very unintuitive to schedule an appointment when I had to tap to collapse the calendar to see the appointment times that were hidden below. There was no way to simply scroll down to the appointments and I almost gave up until I realized I had to collapse the calendar.
3) There is no way to see what the COVID antibodies data means. In the website I believe there was a button to see additional information about these

We are working on updating a few of the features that you have called out. One thing that I did want to mention is that you are currently able to see what your COVID antibodies data mean within the app but the CTA isn't as called out as it could be. Please click on the "Learn more about the various COVID tests" above the button "See Previous Results" in your "My Health Info" section. Hope this helps and again thank you!
