VIVA Chicken APP 4+

Excellent app but... when selecting a previous order or order from history, it does not let you change or even show the pick up time and it seems to take the last pick up time used. Ended up 2 times showing up for my order scheduled hours later...

Most people would get the app for the loyalty program or for the convenience of ordering through the app. Since neither work, the app is effectively a digital paperweight.
You can’t order unless you specify what location you are ordering from (that makes sense). Unfortunately, the two methods to find your location (list or map) are dead features. When I went into the store for help, I was told that the app was buggy and just stops working sometimes. As far as I can tell, it has not worked in at least six months. I believe that customers who were previously able to fix a preferred location within the app may still be able to order (that’s what someone in line at the store told me).
With regard to the loyalty program, you can only receive points if you order take out through the app. There are no points for dine in, but both the app and the website say you should be able to call in for take out and get points. This doesn’t work. The employees are exceptionally friendly, but do not have any training on the loyalty program and are unable to add points in the store for take out.
Save yourself the frustration and eat elsewhere.

We stumbled across Viva Chicken while out of town. We were so excited to see one open less than 30 minutes from our house in recent years. We LOVE their chicken and Solerito salad along with the huacatay sauce! Nothing else compare! We are definitely loyal customers~
