Unfair

We are in the US and paid a full subscription but no full access. Only old movies are available to watch. Super unfair. I want my money back. I want to complain this app if you can’t provide us full access excuse you are taking our money…or stealing. Fix the app for US base or give our money back.

Criticize

Vivamax WAS superb for several years until sometime early this year. Vivamax was criticized for showing “soft porn”. After that (some time in March) they decided to take down all the “Adult” movies they had amassed and just put their old Sharon Cuneta movies. It’s infuriating coz now, I can’t cancel and get a refund on my 1 year membership which ends in November.
Hey Viva, those critics that you are sooooo trying to please, they are NOT your paying customers! We are! I like watching those adult films and see the new directors pushing the boundaries of what their art can take them. If I wanted to see lollipop movies, I’ll go to the Hallmark channel. I will definitely let all of my friends here in the Eastcoast know about this! Urghhh…..

What a ripoff

PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND SUBSCRIBE if you live outside the Philippines!
I decided to subscribe and download the vivamax app just to specifically watch Rain in España series since it’s only available to watch it here. To my surprise, NOT ONLY the show is not here but there’s almost nothing to watch on here. Most of the movies were from the 90’s or early 2000’s. What a ripoff!! They should’ve put some kind of warning that most of their movies and shows are ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE PHILIPPINES.
