Mental health, just like physical health, is an essential part of a happy life. Voice can be your mental guide, a source of motivation and an aid in making important life decisions.

You become the main character of an exciting adventure story. It's sort of like embarking on a psychological quest in a dreamlike state. You move through a story, face challenges along the way, and learn how to tackle them.

Unlike meditation, our stories help keep your brain alert and conscious. It enters a trance-like state where it absorbs information more effectively, giving you faster results. The closest thing it can be compared to is affirmations. You'll notice results as quick as 8 minutes into the first story.

This app is truly amazing, but…

There is one thing that would make it a rating of 10 stars if that was possible:

1. Playlist tab to the right side of the self-care tab

~All episodes could be sectioned into their groups (under the playlist tab) how they already are currently in the app.

~At first, everything under the tab ‘Playlist/s’ possibly would be locked until the user unlocks them one by one. Once they listen to an episode once, the same could then be unlocked under the playlist section.

~An option to create playlists and/or add to playlist would be amazing too.

*If simplicity is key, it would be spectacular to even just have a playlist tab and, as each episode is completed, an option forever arises to add them to the playlist. A playlist that automatically plays the next episode. Because I sure would like to clean house and other things while the episode’s subconsciously imprint in my brain. Believe it or not, that happens. At least it would be positivity and not negative.

Relay Race

This was a fantastic visual for me because I do this all the time. When you’re focused and on task - and do not get distracted or let your mind wander into thought mode - you wont risk the danger of attaching to a thought that takes you away from your goal or task at hand. It isn’t easy - however this journey really helped me see how easy it can happen and also how easy we can let go of negative thinking just the same, it’s simply a choice. Visualization is very powerful. Thank you!

Thanks for the kind words, it's very nice and inspiring 🙏 Also, with Voice sometimes unexpected ideas come up. For example, one of our users is a sailor on a long-distance ship. Recently, with the help of one of the stories, he was able to figure out how to get a broken generator working again. We ourselves are surprised at how many ways people use the app and when it helps them.

Helpful and unique app

I love this app. The main thing I don’t like about it is that often the sessions tell you to think about a positive or happy childhood memory. I guess they assume everyone has those. They’re wrong. I wish they had an alternative suggestion there and I wish they had models set to overcome past trauma and also assist with PTSD. Still I like it and at least their price for a year is reasonable unlike Youper or other apps. I also find it’s more unique than other similar apps. If you’re looking for an app of this type definitely give it a try, the first week is free.
