Voice Recorder & Memos Pro 4+

I am a non-professional user. After familiarizing myself with/testing this app on my iPhone 10R for three hours, I am very enthusiastic about its operation and think it will be an excellent recording tool. It is well designed and easy to use. The microphone pickup ability and the quality of the sound on the recordings is excellent. (Perhaps the credit belongs to my iPhone’s components.) The mic even picked up the buzz of the fluorescent light fixture and a running faucet 9 feet away, which disappeared when I turned them off.
I have not tested the Transcription feature and Apple Watch interaction which some users are having difficulty with.

I was starry-eyed when I finally found an app that actually stopped recording when I paused, enough to actually pay the $99/year subscription for it. However, that was before I realize that the voice to text feature was complete disaster. Instead of putting periods at the end of sentences which it definitely could detect, it smashed the last word of the sentence with the first word of the sentence! I couldn't believe this and tried to find support, but I found quickly that it did not exist! If you follow "support" option in the menu, there is no actual option to ask for support. I even search there website which provided instructions and so forth, but after scouring it, there was nothing that resembled a link to be able to give any feedback whatsoever, even after claims of saying the app was the result of countless users giving them feedback to make this supposedly wonderful.

In short, I feel robbed paying $100 a year for this and I don't even have a way to say this to the developer. Would not recommend.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the Recorder Pro app.
First and foremost, I must say that the features and functionalities provided by the app are quite impressive. It has greatly helped me in my day-to-day tasks and I am grateful for that. However, I would like to express my concern regarding the $100 annual subscription fee.
While I understand the need for revenue to sustain the development and maintenance of the app, I believe that a one-time payment option for a reasonable price would have been more beneficial for users like me. Paying $100 each year feels quite expensive, considering that there could be alternative options available in the market.
I truly value the services and convenience provided by Recorder Pro, and I believe many others would also be willing to invest in a more reasonably priced one-time payment option. This would not only attract more customers but also ensure their long-term satisfaction.
Thank you for considering my feedback. I truly appreciate your effort in providing such a useful app, and I hope to see some positive changes in the payment plans in the future.
