At VOICEINSPORT, our mission is to bring more VISibility to women athletes and elevate their voices. Specifically designed for women athletes, VIS is a platform that provides daily content on mind/body/nutrition, personalized mentorship sessions with professional athletes & access to wellness services across sport psychology, nutrition, and women’s health.

Our goal is to be the ultimate resource for women athletes starting in middle school and continuing to a professional career. In the VIS App women athletes can sign up for virtual Sessions with a professional athlete mentor, book an appointment with a VIS Expert to work on mental skills, confidence, recovery or join an interactive Group Session on topics ranging from mental health, fueling, anxiety, menstruation, sleep and more.
