This current update isn’t for new employees..
I will help all of you who are struggling, apparently this current update from October 2018 till April 2019 isn't working for new employee registrations. Best guide to get this app rolling is:
1. Go to there website using a computer
2. Log in and register/question
3. Once you login and have the account active
4. go back to the buggy app and type in your user name, if it shows blank just tap the 123/abc button it should then show the keys.
5. Visualize the info you are putting because it will not show you, then hit “go” then type in your password. Once you set your info correctly you should be able to log in simply.
Broken since iOS 12 update
Like most other negative reviewers, this app has become very broken for me since the latest update of iOS launched. The keyboard is in the wrong place and blank when you launch the app, though you can see the buttons of you just switch back and forth between the alternate characters menu and Caps.
Also, when entering hours I can't add any notes because the keyboard doesn't pop up when you click that section, so I can't bill hours higher than just under 10hrs, because it forces me to add a note but it won't let me.
There are other issues, but these are the main ones I run into. Would love to be able to log in with FaceID.
I've used this app for a little over a year now. It worked pretty good for me until a week ago. Now every time I open it using my iPhone I get an error message and I can't use it at all. I can't even get to the sign in screen. Still works okay on my iPad for which I am grateful, but still... I really miss it working on all devices.
