No camera option

So, I got insurance, but the app fails to open the camera in order to take a odometer pic. And nowhere in my settings does it give me the option to give the app permission to use the camera at all. What gives?

VOOM

You guys need to make it available in Connecticut me and a couple of my buddies would sign up immediately

No camera

I tap on the option to upload odometer reading, and the app just goes to a black screen. Camera never opens. No option to give permission to use camera.
