VoxGuru 4+

The instruction itself is excellent. The app stopped working for me and it took 3-4 days to fix which is annoying when you are paying by the month. My main issue is that you can’t review material after you have paid for a course unless you want to continue paying $20 a month for each course you buy. Furthermore, I just finished a course after paying for a few months and I still have most of the month to go. So I have to pay another $20 if I want to start part 2 of the course. $20 a month for any course or buying each course outright would work better for me.

I have been using VoxGuru since the app came out with self learning modules. Over the years, have found it to be intuitive to use, with neat course material, clear explanations and guided learning. I have also had the pleasure of attending curated workshops by esteemed artists which makes one a kid in a candy shop learning from the stalwarts and made it a thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience.
Most recently I had the pleasure of taking online music live lessons and happy to say, this elevated the learning to a new level. Classes meet on zoom, with a consistent dedicated trainer that is very approachable, knowledgeable and passionate. Love the trainer’s ability to motivate learners of various ages and skills- just the right carrot for the right horse. The ability to access the class recordings on the app and upload practice sessions for review is a breeze. The trainer gives timely feedback and has made learning music a lovely experience. Ample opportunities to ask questions and clear doubts.
VoxGuru has shattered yet another glass ceiling making learning music so accessible across the continents, time zones and age groups. Highly recommend this app, the workshops, the course modules and VoxGuru live lessons.

Have been a customer since December 2019. Paid almost $200 so far and when I requested Vocal lessons the human interaction got real! Don’t get me wrong the instructor was great. Their team consist of 1 person to deal with. It was difficult to communicate at times. Their payment methods have constant issues. They receive payments and claim they can’t see it. I send screen shots and bank statements only to be told it wasn’t enough proof! They make you pay by the month and if you cancel for any reason either it’s their fault or not, they will keep the remainder and cancel classes per the contract. Poor communication and understanding. If your looking for a recording to repeat things than get the app. If your looking to build a true foundation with a company that cares.... this is not the company. They couldn’t even tell me the proper salutation to show out of respect. They just ignore you and pretend like you didn’t say anything. Very Rude! Anyway..... know who your supporting and spending your hard earned money on. Nice app, Bad customer service
