App Needs Work
The latest version of the app has a chat with us live button that blocks other features of the app making it harder to use. Also, chat doesn’t work as it gets interrupted and disappears as the status of the order changes.
App is awful!
So we order from here quite often. Half the time they forget something in our order. I’ve been told that the driver is not allowed to check the order. If someone wants to do something to my food, they’re going to find a way regardless. Maybe a possible option is for the driver to check the order at the restaurant to make sure everything’s correct then seal the bag up and be on their way. They’ve always been really good about fixing their mistakes so that’s a plus. However, the app is absolutely dreadful! The hourglass circles the entire time. The cart doesn’t allow you to edit or remove something from it u less you shut out of the app then open it back up. I tried ordering today and the restaurant we planned to utilize has 2 items on their menu. I called the restaurant and was told I have to call Vroom Service to place my order.l because somethings wrong with their app. It’s not worth the frustration. Been a customer for a long time and spent a ton of money as we have a very busy lifestyle but after the app making me wanna drink a bottle of wine tonight, I’m throwing in the towel with them! Too bad. The idea was pretty genius.
