Update to ios 11?

Will there be an update to ios 11?

It does what it says

Streams video, zaps channels, plays recorded programs etc.

I have no problem with it, and recommend it.

Too many Crashes

It could be a good app, but with each action I take(like try to change the channel) the app crashes on iPad Air.
On iphone 5 too many crashed & hangs & it don't give me any picture, just voice!
