i understand that every app needs time for maintenance, but i’ve never had more issues with an app so important. this is mobile banking, something people need immediate access to on a constant basis. when this app undergoes maintenance periods, they last a strangely long time. like, what do you mean i can’t access my accounts, my transaction history, or my deposits for the Majority of the day? many, many hours. that’s kind of unacceptable. people may need to check their balance for time sensitive and very important matters, so blocking them from viewing these things as well as blocking them from making necessary transfers and deposits is asinine. go ahead and fix your app, but please don’t take away all access to it for all of its users for such a ridiculous amount of time while you do. i have never encountered such a problem so often.

How can an app be so hard to fix and so frustrating? I’ve been unable to make online payments and been stuck at store checkouts because I needed to go into card control to make adjustments. Can you imagine being stranded at checkout with over $100 worth of groceries, with a line of disgruntled and impatient customers waiting behind you while the cashier waits (also impatiently). One time I had to go to the in-store ATM and withdraw funds. Another time I again had to ask to put my cart to the side while I drove down the road to a Vystar bank, make a withdrawal, drive back to the store, and go through the checkout stand again. This is by far not the only frustrating experiences I’ve had because of lack of fluency between my accounts and this app. And it’s been this way…how long? For what it’s worth I implore you to PLEASE fix it once and for all. I’ve otherwise always been very pleased with Vystar banking. Been with them over 20 years. But I’ve been a nervous wreck holding my breath too many times with this app. It could be a game changer.

This would be a great app if Vystar hire some IT developers who knows how to fix the main issue! 1) after downloading, the app works fine for you to add your card and info, after that it will not open again, it will only allow you to see the message prompt but when attempting to view via the app, the error secure connection fail will appear, 2) why show the number of messages via the widget but not allow the user to open? This is very frustrating, especially when I need it the most because someone has stolen my card info, had to call and hold for over 40 mins to block card bc app wouldn’t allow me to do so, during that time to got 7 transactions thru! Get it together vystar, you could loose customers who’s been with you all for many years!!

This app has been down for two weeks now. If you call support all they tell you to do is uninstall and then redownload. I tried that more than twice and still nothing. Only way to access your funds is to call support and ask them to turn it on for you. If you’re like me, you like to lock your card when you’re not using it to cut down on anyone trying to compromise your card. Nobody wants to sit on hold for an hour or more just to ask someone to turn on their card when I should have access to my funds at any given time. This is such a major inconvenience, such as when they had all those issues with the regular banking app. Sad to say but vystar might be losing my business after this latest inconvenience.
