Much needed help

I appreciate this app so much helps me communicate with so many people from other countries that I could never meet !! Thanks so much for being here -STL USER

Simply, Does Not Work

I downloaded the app, followed all instructions perfectly. When following the last step to open messages, I typed a message (in WhatsApp), pressed the global button, selected W Translator; after that, there was no button to insert text and select the language. Nothing at all happens. It just goes back to my keyboard and the message is still in my language. The very last two steps simply just do not work.
(Using iPhone 12)

Waste of money - Total JUNK

Save your money. This app doesn’t work. It never actually translates and continues to ask you to “buy premium. Even after you have purchase it, it still asks for buy premium and it never stops spinning. It gets stuck. I paid and there are only two languages - Vietnamese and Swedish. Why does the App Store sell such Junk? Apple should remove it.
