W.W. Grainger, Inc‪.‬ 4+

I didn’t all day today looking far a special part for my Hot Water Tank and no one had it. So, in a family group chat I asked for family assistance and my son sent me a picture of the part with instructions to order and pick it up at Grainger the next day. So I ordered the part and will go and get it tomorrow morning from a local Grainger Store. It’s not life or death, but it’s a Hot water, Cold water issue. I’m not deployed and should not have to deal with doen range conditions.

I met Grainger when I started working as a maintenance manager in a rail plant. I cannot express enough the times the day was saved because of great service/products.

First time I’ve ever ordered from Grainger. Ordered some cores from them, expected to be delivered 2 days afterwards. Never received product. I then received an email from Grainger with no details or explanations about a return/refund? Without any context as to what they’re wanting from me or want me to do. So I just bit the bullet and had to reorder the same product again and spend another $200. So as of right now, I’m about $400 out of pocket and my business is on pause until I get these cores. Next step will be to call make sure they’ll refund me for the first purchase.
