Can’t reliably use after update.
Have automatic updates turned on and the app updated. Now I have to delete the app and reinstall every time I want to use it. Every time I close it and go back to use it, it gets stuck “loading content” when opening. I delete the app, reinstall it, and it works fine, until I close the app. Then I have to repeat the process. After the update it’s a one use thing and then have to re-download it. Hopefully the next “update” fixes this. The app was really convenient before, but now I just have to use the desktop version until this is fixed because it’s more of headache than it’s worth at the moment.
Freezes constantly, you need to sign in ever time you use tablet don’t update just ignore message.
I was excited to see an update, but immediately frustrated and let down....again. Our company does all of its ordering through Grainger, personally a lot of the prices are high, but the expedited arrival of the product is very convenient. The website and app are equally as frustrating. When searching for a product, using the exact name for a product (as assigned by Granger or manufacturer) will almost always produce zero results! How is this even possible? It is impossible to find what you were looking for and even more frustrating the add on, or related items are not listed. I feel as though Granger sales would double if convenience of the consumer through the website would be addressed. Anyone at Granger feel free to give me a shout if you need some help… smh. I will happily change my rating if I'm ever impressed. Just my two cents and one star.
