Terrible since updated

Why did you ruin this app? App shuts down when I go to smart home. Totally unusable. I would give it 0 stars but that’s not an option.

Support site is in Chinese. How do I get support?

PLEASE FIX THIS.

Mixed bag

When system works has worked well. Have had issues multiple times and not sure that I would waste my time setting it all up again, but for now working well. Would be nice if the zone alarm notification would also display the name of the room. Would also be nice if multiple phones could access the account but the system is bound to one device.
