Crashing on iPhone 8 Pro after last update, please fix it!!!!

I had a very frustrating experience with TipTop it’s honestly one of the worst apps i’ve dealt with you place an order for items that are clearly listed as available in the market ( teammart ) but then they keep calling you to say they couldn’t find this item or that one what is the point of showing items as available if they are not ?It gets worse I specifically request a certain item and clearly state that I don’t want replacement yet they ignore that and send me completely different product that I don’t need it feels like my preferences doesn’t matter at allWhen i received my order it didn’t match what i requested and trying to get support or a proper replacement was useless No one seemed to care or take responsibility Overall very disappointed service poor communication and a complete lack of respect for customer requests I wouldn’t recommend using this app

I heard about this app from a friend, and wanted to support it because it was Local Company from Kurdistan, well my first order got canceled.Because I did not answer my phone from customer service, I spoke to cs and they said it’s company rule. This is the stupidest thing I ever heard, not everyone has time, or can or want to answer any phone calls and should not be forced upon to. I really wanted to try and support them. Maybe in the future if they stop this so called phone call answering thing rule.

I received the wrong order, and when I contacted the support team, they asked me to send a photo via WhatsApp. I sent it, but after that, they stopped responding and provided no support at all. Very poor customer service—I do not recommend this app at all!
