Mobile Deposit broken

Mobile deposit has been broken for weeks without fix despite notifying bank several times.

Basic functions but work well

I opened my account with the Bank today, and downloaded the app to login. Everything on the web works in the phone app, as it should be. So far so good. I do have a few requests: (a) Please enable Touch ID support to the app; it’s painful having to type the long responses to the security questions EVERY TIME, on the phone as well as on the web. (b) Please enable cookie support on web so that it won’t have to prompt for those security questions every time. (c) Please enable paperless statement support to mortgage; this is such basic feature that most every banks and mortgage providers have these days. Thank you.

Mobile deposit does not work

I have also notified the bank multiple times; deleted & re downloaded the app & the issue is still unresolved. Very frustrating !!
