I read the reviews and thought ohh this would be a good way to make a couple bucks here and there. But boy was I wrong, after about 1 MONTH I finally got 3000 coins which is exchangeable for a 5$ gift card so when used my coins for the gift card they told be later that day that I wouldn’t be getting my $ because of a violation which they wouldn’t tell me what I did wrong (because I did nothing wrong). So in conclusion DON’T USE THIS APP THEY ARE LIARS AND RUDE!!!
Doesn’t pay out
I started using this app a little over a month ago. Saved up for $5 to PayPal and cashed out. My reward showed “In Review” for three days, then the status went away altogether. I reached out to support and they said “your withdrawal request is currently hidden for security reasons.” I was enjoying this app as a new user but will be leaving this review as 1 star unless and until they actually pay me my reward.
UPDATE: I finally recieved my $5 reward after 13 days. Overall, I like the app alot and they actually pay well compared to most other walking apps - I just wish they were telling the truth about redemptions only taking 3 days since that doesn’t seem to be true. Also, support was quick to get back to me when I reached out, but their response made little sense and didn’t give me a time table for when I’d get the money. I’ll continue using this app since they did eventually pay out the first time, but I’m proceeding with caution..
Apps is not giving the correct amount of coins
In the beginning of downloading the app it was working great with the correct amount of coins to the steps I walk in the day. But since getting closer to redeeming a gift card the app does not giving me the full amount of points that it used to do. Example I could have walk 8,000 steps in a day and only gives me 20 points instead of the correct amount that is 80 points. Not only that when I decide to press the button for the points I only get like 5 points of the 20 points that the app read. The app is reading the correct amount of steps from my Apple health, but no the amount of points. I deleted the app because it continue to do the same error and the updates has not fixed.
