    This is only my day too, and I am happy so far I will be restarting after day 28 as I definitely enjoy the stretching and the core exercise within it. I am very happy to find an app that works with my beginner level skills. Looking forward to improving.

    Don’t let this “Lazy” word fool you haha, it’s day 2 for me. I just did an 8 minute workout and I really enjoyed the workouts! I recommend! I am BBW As well, and I have already lost 1/2 inch . It’s crazy!

    My bed is too soft for kneeling, fire hydrants, leg pulls and all that. I can’t sit cross legged on my bed so I sit on side. I like the music and I can do most exercises.
