Fit & Lean offers different types of subscriptions so that you can choose the right one for you (3 months access renewal, 1 month access renewal etc.). Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time in your iTunes account settings. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Great program

I know it may seem like you’re not working any muscles as the exercises are easy. However, the following day, you will indeed feel the areas that were worked. As this is not a fat burning program, just add about 30 minutes of walking or any activity to get your heart rate up and it will be a complete workout! If you’re a beginner or restarting like I am, just trust the process and don’t expect overnight results. If you work with that mindset, you’re more likely to stay with the program and before you know it, you’ll see results.
I am a 61 year old female that used to be very active until a few years ago. I know for a fact that working out at a high intensity rate will just lead to burnout. Also, don’t exercise and eat loads of sugary, high carbohydrates. You don’t have to eliminate all sweets, just cut back and before you know it, you will want to cut back on the unhealthy food choices… again, don’t expect to eliminate everything all at once or else that will set you up to binge later. I’m only speaking about my personal experience. I will update monthly on my progress.

I like it

Having kids back to back left me feeling anxious about working out and embarrassed of my body. I wanted to start slow and work my way back into my old workouts bc trying to jump right in proved impossible. I love that I can do the daily workouts before work even with the kids up. They like to join me so I think it’s a great way to show them an active life. Definitely keeping my subscription and doing the challenges in between my daily routine. I also love that they created a plan for me so I don’t have to worry about what to do each day. Strongly recommend for new people entering into the active lifestyle!!

I was wrong!

I had to come back and update my previous review after support reached out to me and walked me through a reset! Now I am able to set new goals and fully utilize the app as intended. The exercises seem easy at first but get a little tougher as you progress. You will notice strength gains pretty quick. The cost for a whole year is low especially compared to other apps I’ve seen. There are also targeted challenges to go along with the plan. It’s a quick & effective workout app. I highly recommend it. Oh, this is superb for remote workers!

And anytime you can restart your progress with app and start again. Please go to Activity -> tap the profile icon -> Reset progress (if you are not logged in) or Delete account (if you have created an account in the app). Enjoy your workouts!
