Beautiful ad on Instagram leads you to believe something I’m finding not to be true. The watch faces don’t reside in your Watch gallery. You need to go to Wallpix app on watch and select one of those you “downloaded”. If a text or phone call comes in, the watch face reverts to the watch face I was using before selecting the Wallpix face. Not able to determine how to “favorite” a face on the app. I’m not finding the heart I’m directed to tap. There are a few interesting faces but majority are same with a different color. Save your money. I took the loss for you!

I was charged for a subscription I never used or even got access to. When I contacted customer support, they refused to give me a full refund and instead only offered 50% “as a gesture of goodwill.” Their response claimed the subscription was authorized, but I never received any confirmation, login access, or actual service from them.It feels like a scam — they take your payment but don’t provide what’s promised, and their refund policy is unreasonable. Be careful before signing up for anything from this company.

Slick ad on Facebook, tried it, not one watch face uploaded. Then contacted them, said the same as another, will cancel but only half payment offered back. So paid $15 for nothing. And they ask you not to contact credit card company. Sorry going to , not even going to pay half for nothing. They hide the terms, didn’t even see them. Total scam, grabbing their $15 and going to the next victim.

I would not recommend using this company. I paid for one watchface and chose not to use the subscription option but they started trying to take various amounts of money daily from my Apple account. I sent them an email about it and they said to send a receipt but I never subscribed so I never had a receipt. I have sent many emails about not trying to charge me for stuff and they say they will stop but they don’t.
