At my local, I’ve generally stopped using the pickup option. When I arrive and check in I will get a notification that my ordered has been received. I’ll then have to sit and wait for 15 or more minutes. The reason is obvious. If there is a wait, that’s fine. It’s still faster than going in myself. Just don’t lie about how long I have to wait. Give me an honest update on the app. “Heavy pick up time. Expect a 10-15 minute wait for your groceries.” It’s easy y’all. Have a good one.

Walmart app is great, it can’t even be used as a shopping list when doing in person shopping. It gives me the aisles where sometimes hard to find items are located.Opening the app, though, with the look of something being ripped before it opens seems to have a negative look. The constant advertising of Walmart plus membership when opening the app is also an annoying delay rather than just being able to open the app.

I have been ordering online for years even before pandemic . I’ve never had any issues with Walmart , you’re competitive in your prices and with quality selections . The other that’s starts with an “A” I used just once never again . Missing items are aProblem orA Trick , all the clickOf a button doesn’t make my planning easier . Walmart your straight forward on time and with plenty ofOptions thank you

Walmart has made it convenient for those of us with busy schedules or if we just don’t want to go out and shop and deal with the crowds. I have not had a problem with communication with my delivery person and everything I always order is always available. If not, I get a message and now with this latest update I’m able to communicate live with the delivery person which makes that more convenient.

I am so happy that I had downloaded the Walmart app because today I searched for a book title that was recommended to me & directly from the search results I could see that Walmart had the best price & when I touched that item it opened up in the Walmart app showing it was a hardcover & that I would get free shipping. All I had to do was click the “buy now” button. Perfect when so many online things wear me out with a dozen useless questions & steps.

What is the correct total amount for my order. Some items were more than I ordered like I ordered two cases of water and received three. I ordered three cans of chicken noodle soup and received two but that’s okay I ordered Walmart brand Kleenex and didn’t receive them at all so that’s okay I’ll get some next time. I just wanted the correct amount of my order. The delivery person was very nice and I appreciate her help.Thank you Lillian Ray
